At Vogacci, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item meets the conditions listed below.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact Us
Email us at info@vogacci.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and clear photos of the item.
2. Approval & Return Instructions
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions before you ship the item.
3. Ship the Item
Once approved, please ship the item back using the return instructions provided. Return shipping charges will be handled according to the reason for return.

Return Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If returning due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Vogacci will cover the cost of return shipping
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size, color, or item replacement within 30 days of delivery. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
Specific Scenarios
Change of Mind / Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as orders are processed for dispatch. Once this window has passed, the return or exchange process must be followed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos at info@vogacci.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.
Item Never Arrived
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team for assistance.
No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparency — no restocking fees apply to any returns or exchanges.
