At Urbn Leather, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase isn’t right for you, we offer a fair and simple return process under the policy below.

Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories attached
  • In resellable condition

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (such as size or style):

  1. Return the original item first
  2. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item

(Direct item-to-item swaps are not currently offered.)

Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be processing and cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We will arrange a replacement or refund whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us

Email: support@urbnleather.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (only if defective or damaged)

2. Receive Approval

We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

3. Send the Item Back

Ship approved returns to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Labels

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you will not be charged for return shipping.

If the return is due to customer choice (Customer Remorse)

For example: change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no longer needed the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in fairness and transparency we do not charge restocking fees on any approved returns or exchanges.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
