Shipping Coverage
UrbnLeather currently ships only within the United States (USA).
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery Details
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days from the date of order
- Currency: All prices are listed in USD
- Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+01:00) — Central European Time (CET), Monday to Friday
- Courier Services: DHL, Skynet, and FedEx
All orders are processed according to Central European Time (CET).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+01:00) CET will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or operational factors.
Shipping Charges

No hidden handling or packaging fees apply.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request an order modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
If cancellation is not possible, you may still request a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Delivery Exceptions & Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may:
- Attempt redelivery, or Redirect the parcel to a local pickup point
If delivery is refused, return shipping or courier-applied fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing the order.
UrbnLeather is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
